The pizza eats itsself.
So I'm a little (or a lot) concerned about kitty pizza. At 4, she's not exactly a kitty, but there's no reason for her to be going bald.
I'll try to post a pic later, but I've discovered two bald patches on her little body. One (about the length of my hand and two inches across) on her back and another (about one square inch) on her tummy.
I know she's doing this herself because I've witnessed it.
pizza: Man, I'm starving. What's to eat?
daniello: Not your fur.
pizza: Maybe I'll eat some fur.
daniello: Not your fur.
pizza: Here I go (ripping of fur and eating)
daniello: You're grounded!
pizza: No, you're grounded!
And so on...why would a cat pull her own fur out and eat it?

Allergies or lonlieness... those are 2 main reasons.
It would break my heart to discover that she's been lonely, but I'd fix it immediately with a brother or sister cat. And, of course more love from me. And maybe a cat-sitter to pop in on her during the day. I love this little creature so much.
Pop over to a vet and see what they say. It very well could be allergies. I'm not sure where you live but in some parts where it's warmer it could be fleas.
My own Sammy was fine by himself until he had to stay with my parents and their 2 cats for 3 months.
When we moved out to Phoenix and he was alone again it really showed. 2 more cats later and he's probably wishing for more peace and quiet but they're my babies.
My siamesecat had that problem.I took her to the vet and the vet asked if there were any changes, didn't matter what even if it were something slight. Well I couldn't really think of anything but the vet suspected the cat was feeling *stressed* so she gave the cat a long acting tranquilizer which solved the problem. That was 4 years ago and it hasn't happened since although it could if the cat got *stressed* again. Good luck and I suggest you try taking your cat to a vet cause if it is pulling/licking to the extreme then the skin will become raw and infected.
she's got an appt on tuesday...poor little thing.
